We offer free Inspection with the same day service. During the inspection of the Rug, we discuss your concerns (spots, odors, moth, worn areas, repairs). Based on the inspection and your service request we’ll determine the best method for cleaning and will provide you with an exact cost.

Removal of dusting is our specialty. It’s important to get rid of embedded dirt, prior to washing. Embedded dirt can act like sandpaper, damaging the fibers of your rug. We can remove almost 100% of dust during our rug cleaning process. Rug dusting process removal cannot be done at home.

We wash the rugs on both sides. Our rug washing process depends on the type of your rug. We clean your rug in Quadra-jet machine, and brush agitation with hot-water extraction method. the cleaning process extract dirt and allergens from deep within the fibers of your rug and brush agitation leaving your rug as clean as possible. Certain rugs will need to be dry-cleaned or hand washed, this will be estimated during pre-inspection.

If the rug has Pet urine, Odor, Moth, soaking process becomes necessary. This process takes one or two days and enables us to remove All moth and odor from the rug.

Our certified staff have seen just about everything, during pre-inspection they can determine the best way to treat every stain. The process depends on rug type and substance of the stain.

Once your rug is washed it is sent to be hung in our dry room with our direct-fire furnace, where we control the temperature and humidity level for faster drying times, best for natural fibers, which will give your rug extra softness.

After the drying prosses, the rug is taken to our service floor for a detailed inspection, grooming & brushing the nap. If needed, we trim the fringe to give it a clean, uniform look. If repair is requested the rug is sent to our repair department. Then it’s rolled up and ready for delivery or pick-up
